Bro,
it does not matter.
24 hours after your last up, you will be able to up again. Does not follow any time zone.

If you up at 8.02 am Monday, Tuesday 8.02 am, you can up again.

It doesn't matter as where you registered will be local time...:)

sbf is base on Singapore time since Singapore based forum...:)

I seen a person register Japan timezone and their time clocked in the Ups is not same when they are not in Japan...example if they travel to Indonesia then the time shown is still registered Japan time...but not local time....:)

Can always change timezone when you reach a different country with different timezone...:)

thing is i forgot what time i up yesterday, and when i tried today, it'll say

"You have given out too much Reputation in the last 24 hours, try again later."

then i look at the time stamp which i last up, trying to figure out how much longer i need to wait. hence the timezone question, sbf showing 8:03pm right now but our local time in Sg is 12:03pm
