Bros reading this whole thread until here: we are all listening to one side of the story only - TS's story. And it is obvious he is painting the girl to be a crazy bitch out to extort his money. It would not be fair to pass any judgment unless and until we hear the other side of the story from the girl, but we will not hear that story will we.

Having said the above, we have to sieve through and distinguish between fact and opinion. TS's story is full of his personal subjective opinions and his own subjective version of how it happened. And as a few bros pointed out already, it appears that TS is here to gather sympathy and support.

A few questions came to my mind immediately:

1. How old is TS? This question touches on how naive he can be to think a girl respond to his ad and have sudden one night stand.

2. Is it reasonable that a girl (model) responds to a strange ad, take sexy photos for free, and then falls in love with the photographer to have sex on the spot?

3. Is the girl stupid, crazy, naive? Or I feel like some parts of the story are missing which TS is not telling the entire full picture that;s why some things do not add up and does not make sense.

4. Is TS a professional photographer? What is his profile as a photographer? Paying those "models" on private arrangements or clubsnap does not make one a professional photographer. What kind of photographic assignments has he done and how much has he made to justify that he is a professional photographer to place an open public ad asking for models? He claims to be a trail shoot but to what ends - is there really a real project he is working on that he needs to have genuine trail shoots for (note that he also claims he has no job). And lastly, does the trail shoot entail shooting nude and sexy photos of the model?

5. Did we hear from the girl admit that she is a FL? We hear this only from TS's version. Maybe she felt cheated and demands some compensation from him. It is also possible that TS may be another Gary Ng wannabe. Thinking that he can get free fucks.

And the final question: Is it reasonable for TS to believe that a girl who responds to his ad will come to his HDB flat, take sexy or nude photos for him for free and then thereafter engage in consensual sexual intercourse with him for free? Some pieces of information is missing and does not add up.

Bro I assume you are a lawyer since you are giving advice on the law. Perhaps I do not know the law as well as you do but it doesn't mean TS is off the hook just because there is no money mentioned. And damages can flow as a compensation for the suffering that the girl suffered from the entire episode even if nominal right? The girl should take up private summons file a criminal complaint in the Sub courts against TS for cheating and rape. Rape in this case because the consent in the sex was a result of false inducement and cheating on the part of TS, so there was no consent to begin with. It can be technical rape but still rape since there is no consent. Unless TS can really show that he really has a genuine project that justifies he really needs to place such a real ad asking for models to take trial photos and sexy nude photos for that matter of fact. And genuine project doesn't mean TS has some idea in his mind with no substance (don;t think Spore judiciary is stupid to believe bullshit). Even if the count of rape doesn't stand, cheating will have a high chance. TS want to take his chances of going through all the court attendances, free publicity in local newspapers with his face photographed and made famous, go through the months of stress and then stand trial in court at the possibility of being convicted in the end and have a criminal record with possible jail/fine? Even if he is not convicted, the girl loses nothing but her time in court. I assume TS is a Singaporean with family father mother relatives and friends all in Singapore; TS wants to drag them all through this shit with him just for a few hundred dollars? He did post the ad and fucked the girl but insisting that it is true love and consensual sex refused to pay. Not thousands, but $200. or even if $450. So in the end, will TS want to settle the matter out of court and pay the girl off? On top of that he has to pay for legal fees and his lawyer's fees. But hey, that is the wonderful part of the law right and how lawyers make money - there is always 2 sides of the coin so both sides can argue and present their case.
