I can see some things are confusing to you. Some very simple and obvious things.

She wants a monthly arrangement from a sincere SD. If she had given a honest and detailed description of herself, and what she is looking for in terms of the amount of the monthly arrangement and what she is prepared to do for it and how many times etc. then it would save a lot of brothers from pming her. Once a brother reads all this, he can make a decision about whether he wants to proceed with her or not. This way, instead of 100 men pm her, maybe only 20 will do it after reading her description. It saves time and it does not expose once's nick to her. On her part, a detailed description will weed out those men who may not be interested.

Which part of this are you confused with?
