been reading so many threads on the search for FBs, FLs, suger this and that...so tot of starting one for divorcees.

i am a divorcee myself and can understand what one might go through, espeically on the emotional side. we need not journey alone and hence maybe can form some sort of support base here for like-minded, same -status people.

Of cos all are welcomed to contribute.

Before i was married, i got to know a divorcee. she was undergoing hell in the proceedings and needed some emotional anchor and support., nothing permanent, but that moment to tide through, knowing that there is someone who could fill that void during a trying period.

maybe some of us here might need the same thing. If this thread is helpful, let nature takes it course from here.....

Wait outside the courts then. Many divorcees around but it does not mean u are better or worse off than anyone. Just pick up from where u left off and continue. Looking for free fuck and pulling on the sympathy cord strings?

I do understand where you are coming from, going thru trying times like this is no laughing matter. I myself just divorced last year, and since then I have been picking up bits and pieces. Life is just different once you're back to bachelorhood again. Is no longer when you're in singlehood days.

You will be more like soul searching and to rediscover yourself again. I'm sure you will be more careful and avoid mistakes before you want to start a new relationship. Everyone has a past, I guess we should be more positive and move on with our lifes.

If you seriously want to start a support group, you can count me in. Bro, hang in there and be strong my man! Cheers!:)

I count more than 10 of my friends around me getting divorced, this is becoming a trend...scary.

Count me in if there's any outing. Been "free" after 10 years of marriage. Worse was I was blissfully ignorant until it hit me and hit me hard it did.

Nothing would have prepared me for the emotional turmoil anyway. I was wasted and drained emotionally for a year thinking what went wrong and reminiscing all the happy moments.

Had my fair share of girlfriends over the last couple of years but nothing permanent. I do meet some weird characters, it's not like when young at school or at uni where you get to pick and know the person well.

With age catching up, I also realised my window closing where I can't avail myself to the twenty somethings without running the risks of being called an uncle! Sigh...

Anyway I think this is a good idea. It's not just the women who need help and support. Although haha this is not something men share though.

thx people, appreciate the support here. started this not so much for myself, but the intention is to see if pple like us in the same situation could have a platform to chat, share and perhaps gain from it.

not trying to act an as angel here too...like i said, at most its a forum for pple to say what they wanna say, and see where it leads.
