As rule of thumb, you MUST propose a rate first, then subject to MM acceptance. Of course, if your offer is too low may offended MM.
Previously, I offer girl from Udo Thani come to BKK for 3k per day for 3 days and she is happy and I don't pay for transport. But of course, Udo Thani rate is not as high as BKK.

I would never tapao a girl from BKK to elsewhere if you never met her or dun have experience. Too risky, why not just find a girl in the new spot instead? Or go pattaya where you have lots of girls n crappy beaches?
Also if you know the girl, you know her rate. If she dun discuss prices just give her what is fair. Average worker in Thai make $10/day so can she complain about alternative? Ive taken many FL before and if they dont discuss rate i dont either. I give them market rate when they leave, and if they complain i say you can either take it or get nothing. After that They always take it.
