PCC the morning before you go to bonk, or even a few hours before.

But for me it could backfire, as when I PCC in the morning or few hours before going, then I would lose interest in bonking and cancel my bonking trip. I have in the past cancelled numerous planned boinking trips and even FL bookings because of this...
