Chiangmai is cheaper but also spoilt by chinamen, not sure about current pricing now though. I still find bkk easier and cheaper than places like phuket and pattaya, due to high supply. Mamasans in bkk have told me the higher quality girls from bkk before have left for pattaya and phuket generally, but there'll always be new blood coming into bkk.

My work now brings me more to Jakarta and Surabaya, I feel it’s more value than of BKK.
Although I do agree with you in terms of simplicity to look for girls to pump for newbies, Thailand is still easier. Cheers.
