Please allow me to add on my 2 cent worth.
Cialis will help one to have ONE good session within 72 hours, while Viagra would be within 3 to 4 hour.
With Viagra, there will be more food restriction if you want the effect of the medicine to stay. Talking cold water, alcohol, tea, coffee, etc will reduce the effectiveness of Viagra. Whereas for Cialis, food restriction is less.
In any case, the effects of these two medicine differ with different people taking them.
