Previously they were located by the Mekong River (just 50m) from night market.
They closed and have since relocated to this new location. Notable landmarks nearby are the Qube Hotel and That Luang Lake.
This is more of a mingle and try to get yourself lucky joint. Nothing like the old Bor Pen Nyang where you go in and it's full of FLs.
