hey bros stationed in taipei, have fun! i was there last year for a month and it is indeed a fun and happening place. carnegies is the de facto pick up joint for ang mohs and foreigners, weds nite can be quite good for ladies nite and a mix of mature and young chicks party, but can be quite similiar to the SPG joints we have in singapore. But yea dun be afraid to pluck up the courage to approach them, they like foreign guys... i had my fair share of luck there, 2 ONS, one busty young chick and one quite drunk mature one. Carnegies is not at Hyatt Hotel(that one is ZigaZaga, quite boring the last time i went) - it is at An He Road, 2nd section (Er Duan) nearby Far Eastern Hotel (Yuan Dong Fan Dian), hope that helps and good luck... may be coming in september for a while and can meet u all up there
