As there are heavy compounds for offenders nightlife has went into stealth mode. Only regular patrons are allowed.
FL & ML are still operating and you may still find OKT selling the services.
But key point is with pandemic still ongoing I'm sure there are people whom dare not cheong & some cannot afford to.
