I believe demand will exceed supply, hence rates will go up for SYT. Local wages will also go up, hence cost of necessities will also go up. This would be in line with our government living with convid , there would be more underground vice activities, this would make our police force look useful. Geylang would be open but need to use TRANCE TOGETHER. Government would use this to gain more control and regulate the private industries. Housing prices would go up, as rich south east asian, ah tiong people would come in. This would be inline with the government definition the attracting wealthy . so in short be prepared to pay more and ask your boss for a pay raise.
