KSL / Pelangi / Sentosa areas also had some water pipes damaged during the recent floods when the soil moved. Repairing them require the water supply to be cut whilst repairs are carried out. The repairs is done in stages so no one actually knows when the contractors will complete the repairs. Major buildings like Malls / Hotels etc have their own watertanks... but supply is not unlimited so they have to conserve water and ration it.

Reminds me of my most recent JB trip a few days ago. Visited a place in Pelangi area for a clean massage and went to their toilet to pee afterwards. Tried to wash hands, no water come out

Imagine not being able to shower after sweaty boom boom action and doing it with ladies who weren't able to shower after their previous customer
