Not all ladies working there are in debt. Some are free agents.... they are allowed to work in the spa on profit sharing basis. These ladies can come & go as they wish.
Another group are those oredi have Mudland PR or citizenship. These are the ones married to local men but somehow widowed or divorced. All of them have children but cannot return to VN because their children are Malaysian citizens. If they return to VN.... have to leave the children behind. These group of ladies are those that work super long in the spa.... some oredi coming to 7- 8 years long service.

No such thing as 1 month visa.... these ladies come in under the ASEAN visa exemption scheme which allows them to stay 30 days without visa.

Afaik... both One6 and LA are not allowed to operate.
LA did open quietly behind closed doors for regulars some time ago..... but even in stealth mode were raided again. I think the authorities keeping a very close eye on both these spas.

Perhaps I worded it incorrectly, but the difference is this particular set of girls, 2xx, can come and go as they please as per agreement with their agents, because they aren't smuggle in through Thailand like the main bulk of the girls. They can take a normal flight from johor and back to Indonesia, because they aren't breaking any immigration laws by staying here illegally for a longer than 30-90 days.

The rest of the girls that have been staying here for months or years, needs to wait for the window of opportunity to be smuggle out via Thailand route by the agents.

Unlike Singapore, prostitution is illegal in Malaysia almost everywhere, but Vip and Glory advertise itself as a Massage Spa. That's why the show can go on even after Monday's raid. Selling "massage" packages. Anyway, I haven't seen the 2xx girls in awhile.

I'm interested in knowing where is the next location getting hit though.

Ah the smuggling through Thailand route I first time hear. Last time heard from some indon girls their passport are with agent, and every month they need pay extra 500rm kopi moneyfor the immigresen to chop their passport while they still inside spa continue working.

I think some of them hold maid visa can stay a year and can go back and return through proper channels
