- avoid kissing if you have a cold sore.
- use condoms and dental dams for all kind of sex
- avoid sex activities during outbreak, pre outbreak and shedding period.
5. as i have said, it is pretty common to have the herpes virus, so let your partner know you have the virus and work together to prevent the spreading.
how do you know if you are on the pre outbreak and shedding period?
Like others said, best is PCR or swab test. But herpes rash normally looked like small bumps or pimples before developing into fluid-filled blisters. Not a pimple
For everyone out there, pls don’t make the same mistake as me. I thought chionging without protected oral sex will never get me this kind of incurable disease and here i am. Yea sure the disease is generally considered a minor skin problem but the psychological impact and the chronic stress that follow if you have a family like i do had me on the verge of ending my life. I didnt know the extend of the risk i was taking. Now my life is broken and i have lost everything that mattered to me. It was my own foolish act and ignorance that got me here and it is the consequences that i have to face now. There is no hiding from your partner when you get genital herpes. The mental impact will break you because you will have to live with the fear of transmission and the secrecy of many things. The pleasure is not worthy of the risk
Had a similar case before. Have had plenty of bbbj without protection without knowing its risks.
One day 3 pimples appeared on the dick. I had a huge scare, regretting my actions and life. Visited clinic to do full check, blood test and penis swab. The next few days were hard to pass. The fear and the consequences.
Fast forward few days, lab result out and herpes negative. It was the best moment of my life. End up the virus was chicken pox. I felt like it was a stern warning for me.
I am quitting such plays, even visiting ML with HJ. It totally does not worth the risks coming along with it.
I have ringworm like redness on the skin around the middle of my shaft. I saw that most 'pimples' or sores were at the tip or inner foreskin. Would like to get bros opinion here on how safe I am? Will be getting tested next week as it will be 2 weeks after bbbj encounter. Thanks
just for information, I got herpes oct last year from one of geylang house there.
there were 2 dots on my P, the moment I noticed it I went to DrTan clinic (that time no pain, no itchy, even when I touch it, like normal), they took sample and sent to lab, next day (or 2days) the result was out and positive for herpes.
Went to clinic again for the medicine, they gave me Valtrex and they asked me to take it daily for 6 months.
1 week after I started the medication, the 2 dots were totally gone without mark,
and I continued taking the pils for 6 months without missed even for a day.
April 23 was last month I took the pils(there was no outbreak at all when I’m on medication), went back to DrTan for their advise, they said no need to take any pils if you want, but if the outbreak happens again, you need to take the pils to cure it.
and thanks God , already 3 months till today, there is no outbreak, hope the virus is sleeping forever inside my body.

Providing update here in case there are bros who encounter the same thing. Tested negative for anything. So far throughout 10+ years of chionging and receiving bbbj from at least 100 different women, I count myself very lucky not to contract anything. Only started to worry when I had 'symptom' last September.
For those engaging FL, chances are they do regular testing, so odds of having herpes is lower. I would avoid getting bbbj from MLs as I doubt they will test regularly.
