I believe this place has closed down. A discreet place that doesn't have a signboard, relies on a closed network of clients and has a lookout downstairs. Only 2 MLs

Right beside OT at Claymore Connect alr got a bar, Ming Arcade just opposite also have a few bars

I ought to check it out, thanks bro , Also read else were on the forum about Ming Arcade having a few bars. Went to Concorde towers the other day to check , it was quite fun too
