Try this :
You need a thick bath towel and lots of ice cube (buy a pack of ice from those convenient store).

Strip naked and cover the private with the towel. Put the ice cubes on the towel. Immediately remove the towel & ice cubes once you feel uncomfortable.

Personally speaking, as long as it doesn't affect your daily way of life I think it's alright to continue. But I'm not you so I can't second guess what are you going through mentally now.

You can always see a trained professional, either a psychologist or a psychiatrist.

Or search on YouTube about no nutting.

When you do Grab deliveries, you count how many trips you need to put in vs paid service fees.
I used to fuck 3 times a week.
Now am mostly too busy taking 2 jobs to make ends meet.
Very sobering experience and makes you value money....

For me, the only thing that can reliably keep my mind of sex or masturbation is strenuous physical activity like lifting weights, HIIT, sprinting, etc.

The exhaustion and the endorphins help a lot.
