Hottest Korat Girls... if you're talking about nightlife wise, they usually end up as Freelancers or work at Karaoke Bars etc. The young, pretty and hot ones (ie. uni students) are all Entertain-only (Not Entertain-V). A lot of GFE, no happy ending in the hotel. You have to put in effort to bed them. Plus side is, you never have to pay for sex and there's 0 commercial feel. Down side is, you have to 'chase' them

All depends on what kind of entertainment you're looking for. Korat is like 1/3 price of bangkok, so 3 Big Btls of beer (600ml ones) only costs 290 baht. Bangkok its 100 - 150 baht for 1 small 300ml btl.

Karaoke bars are a lot more pocket friendly as well. You get to sit with ladies who'll entertain you even better than in BKK for a lot less. its about 200 to 500 baht per hour in Korat VS 500-2000++ baht per hour in BKK.

A few times i spent 10,000 baht a night in such a place.
Got the entire staff drunk...

Also, right as im typing this, there are currently a lot more working girls than there are customers in Korat (since Songkran)... and right now they are willing to go a lot more further with a customer than usual. simple supply/demand.

Hope this helps

Biggest 2 are Lamer Karaoke and Baan Kuer Karaoke.. both have about 30+ girls on rotation. Most nights have only 5 tables of customers... Lamer is 200baht per hour for the ladies, exclude Ladies Drinks(LD) (100baht each) Usually per night you give about 10 LD more than enough. Bann Kuer is 500 baht per hour for the ladies, but no ladies drinks (not on the menu).

Private Karaoke Room for both places is about 300-500baht per hour (depending on room size). You want to naughty naughty all, better book the private room.

Don't ask me recommend girls. One man's meat is another man's poison... 5555. But pretty sure you'll find all types in both places. from SYT to MILF to everything in between. But average age is younger and quality of girls is better at Baan Kuer as at Apr2023
Thank you very much for sharing.

Soapy Massage Parlours:

<<<Ginza-
Biggest and one of (if not) the oldest massage parlour in Korat. Place feels old and has a strong carpet odour. Have quite a number of girls, but if you go weekdays don't expect more than 4-6 to choose from. Price is also about 2k baht.

There is also Osaka but i wouldn't recommend because the place quite run-down and the quality and quantity of the girls is usually bad.>>

Ginza is not the oldest but probably the latest. The oldest as far as I know is the Osaka, catering the the GIs from the vietnam war. Paza is probably the next olderst (40 years perhaps). Both places were around when I first visited Korat in 1984. The old Chao Phyra hotel (burnt down) also has a soapy massage during that time. It was the biggest then.

The site where Ginza currently occupy was formerly a night club called Montien. The big carpark outside Ginza used to host a small disco called "Sany" in the 80s and later renamed "Up to You"

Many night spots come and go, changed management etc. Barnana was somewhere else before moving to Ratchapraek Hotel, (now Fortune). Living Bar and Krungthep Ratchasima were also popular back in the 90s but Tawan Deang and Ban Korat are where I get my kicks now, too old to compete with the younger guys for puyings preferring the MILFs in the Morlam joints.

Re: Nakhon Ratchasima - Korat

After 30 Years of Being Neglected, Korat Airport Hopes To Revive.

Nakhon Ratchasima Airport in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, commonly known as Korat Airport, was launched more than 30 years ago but was nearly never used. It intends to get the attention of the new government.

After taking office as prime minister, Srettha Thavisin began his work by focusing on initiatives related to tourism. This includes asking Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) to accelerate the management and improvement of airports in both major and smaller cities to increase their capacity to handle the growing number of tourists coming to Thailand.

News reporters toured the Nakhon Ratchasima Airport, which is known as a difficult airport and has not been used for more than 30 years since its completion in 1986. There have been no airline operations and no commercial flights have ever used the airport. The only activity observed was private flight training conducted by a small flight training company.

The airport covers 4,600 rai in the Nong Taeng-Chakkarat National Reserved Forest in Tha Chang Sub-District, Chaloem Phra Kiat District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, about 30 kilometers from the city center. There is only one security guard stationed at the entrance of the passenger terminal. Inside the building, there are still passenger seats and facilities.

The airport has the potential to accommodate Boeing 737-sized aircraft and has a 5,500-square-meter passenger terminal. Several attempts have been made to operate commercial flights from the airport, but none have been successful. Most recently, Nok Air began flights from the airport in 2022, but the service was discontinued after just over a month due to low demand.

Pongthep Malachasingh, president of Wang Nam Khiao District Tourism Promotion Association, stressed that Nong Taeng Airport has the potential to become another project to improve.

He also stressed that Nakhon Ratchasima is well prepared in many ways, including transportation infrastructure such as two-lane railroads, highways, and outer ring roads that can efficiently connect the province with other regions such as the north, the center, and Bangkok. However, lack of political support has hindered progress.

The only activity observed was private flight training conducted by a small flight training company.

“This time, 16 members of parliament from Nakhon Ratchasima are on the government side, along with 2 ministers, including the Minister of Tourism and Sports. I hope they will hold talks with Prime Minister Srettha to push for the revitalization of Nakhon Ratchasima Airport. If this can be achieved, it will undoubtedly accelerate economic growth in Nakhon Ratchasima province,” Phongthep said.

Unquote.
Let hope the airport reopen again or a newly built airport and not
having to travel 4 hours bus or train.

Re: Nakhon Ratchasima - Korat

Thailand’s PM plans secondary city airport revitalisation to boost tourism.

Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin’s recent plan to revitalise airports in secondary cities has been warmly received by tourism operators in Nakhon Ratchasima. The airport revitalisation proposal, aimed at driving up tourist arrivals and stimulating the economy, was announced yesterday.

Local tourism promotion association’s leader, Pongthep Malachasing, sees this as a golden opportunity to invigorate Nakhon Ratchasima Airport. The airport, despite the province’s robust road and rail transport networks, has seen minimal activity. The airport, positioned 30 kilometres from the city, has struggled to draw in passengers and requires political backing to drive air travel demand.

Pongthep expressed his hopes that the Pheu Thai-led government would consider the idea of upgrading Nakhon Ratchasima Airport and connecting it with other cities to bolster air traffic, bringing airport revitalisation into action for posterity.

Nakhon Ratchasima Airport is situated in the Chalerm Phrakiat district and is capable of accommodating large aircraft. Its 5,500 square metre passenger terminal can service up to 300 passengers an hour. However, the current service is limited to flights for trainee pilots, after Nok Air discontinued its Nakhon Ratchasima-Chiang Mai route due to financial losses, only two months into service in September last year.

From 2015:
https://www.bangkokpost.com/business...draws-interest

Nakhon Ratchasima airport may soon be resurrected, as budget carrier Thai Lion Air (TLA) is keen to offer regular flights through it. TLA, the Thai offshoot of Indonesia's Lion Group aviation giant,...
But for sure 8 years after it will be different right?
Going to Korat, Buriram, Surin etc in the hope of finding stunners girls:
Even the 300 baths budget bonk have see their number dropping dramatically since covid and no sign of improvement since one year..it s worst in Buriram(the thread in this forum said it all), surin(when the last parlour closed)
Well i don t said Korat is dead, most japanese"only" ktv have survived, you can still find freelancers..but it doesn t worth to go there only for the purpose of cheong.
