As bro Funboi has very kindly elaborated, unless you do something that is monumentally stupid like doing drugs, making porn or fucking an underaged girl in the room, there will not be any run-ins with the law by having sex in a hotel and doing outcalls.

I have helped to organize orgies before, and all I needed to ensure what that these fuckers do not wreck the room during the orgy and not spray their cum all over the hotel furniture - then pay the housekeeping staff a big tip to clean up the room after that to change out all the linen and keep the room in good condition, so that next time these fuckers can return again for the next orgy round.

Hotels without keycards are very rare nowadays (Hotel Jen used to be the obvious choice, but they installed a keycard system for the elevator 2 years ago), the very best you can hope for nowadays are hotels with rooms that do not need an elevator to reach.

My personal favourite is SouthBridge Hotel - ask for the ground floor rooms which are accessible via a very discreet door directly facing the main road. There is a back exit that you can use, which goes out into a back alley so that you and the girl do not have to exit the same way onto South Bridge Road and risk running into someone you know.

If it's your first time meeting the girl, leave the keycard in an.envelope and pass this to the concierge. The girl can just pick it up from there.

If she's your regular girl and you have her real name, register her in th room and she csn take a keycard herself

They understand that a hotel is a business - even at posh hotels like the Shangri-la, tycoons always ask or discreet rooms at the Garden Wing or the Valley Wing and pass their keycards to unknown ladies who correctly identify themselves.

Pass the envelope to a random guy behind the Concierge counter, you may well be dead before you know it. Lol.
