Getting court extension for remand is not the problem..... nowadays just paperwork only. The girls dun even need to appear in court. Bolehland even easier done than SG courts.

I dunno whether it was in the news. In fact I was not even aware when the incident happened until about 2 weeks later on my next visit.
My SOP is I will usually go to VIP about 2-3 hrs before closing time. There is a captain there whom I would go drinking with after the spa closes.... and sometimes he will bring along some of the VIP girls. When I visited after the incident.... he was no longer working there..... and the group of girls we hangout with told me about the incident.

With modern technology..... no need to go to court as most of the work can be done online. For some cases.... the accused dun even have to appear in court.... the trial is done via zoom. Only when the judge wants to meet the accused.... then he will be escorted to court.

True..Singapore’s legal system is much better in that sense. More transparent and procedural. I wouldn’t be surprised if due process was not followed in Malaysia especially since these girls have no lawyers to represent them. Quite a clear cut case la and also not a major crime. Catching those agents and bosses is probably more of a priority. The girls are just collateral damage. Let’s see how long more the remain in remand. The longest I’ve heard is a month

I know this case.... the girl was #388 Vee.
A quiet lady who keeps to herself and dun mix with the other girls. Often bullied by the other girls.... she ask for transfer to other branches but rejected. Contrary to rumours.... she did not fight with the other girls. She was beaten up by them. I think she was undergo depression and slashed herself... not discovered earlier because hiding in one corner of VIP.

Yes.... it was reported in the news but only in the chinese newspaper. The english & malay papers did not carry the news.
However the chinese paper did not mention VIP name.... only brief paragraph on lady found with wrists slashed in Plaza Sentosa believed to be self inflicted..... blah blah blah.

I think should be about 2 or 3 weeks..the girls are the collateral damage I think..feel sorry for them sometimes
